Elements and Performance Criteria
- Prepare for implementation of the stockpile management plan
- Access, interpret and apply stockpiling operations documentation and ensure the work activity is compliant
- Obtain, review and interpret the site and transport arrangements, geological and survey data relevant to the implementation of the management plan
- Identify, interpret and clarify site requirements relevant to the implementation of the management plan
- Identify training needs of individuals and work groups, and prepare training plans
- Implement the stockpile management plan
- Involve internal and external stakeholders in the implementation planning process, ensure their effective contribution and gain their support for the outcomes
- Issue and explain the plan to team members and others involved, and ensure it’s safe, effective and efficient implementation
- Implement the management plan in accordance with the site operational requirements, , geological and survey data and other relevant requirements and procedures
- Identify and acquire the resource required for the implementation of the management plan
- Implement the training plans
- Prepare and present the stockpile management operations budget
- Monitor and adjust the implementation of the stockpile management plan
- Provide timely ongoing support and advice to those implementing the management plan.
- Ensure records and reports are maintained and issued in accordance with the stockpile management plan requirements and other relevant requirements
- Monitor the implementation of the plan against management parameters, strategies and the budget
- Resolve anomalies in consultation with relevant stakeholders and issue appropriate instructions for adjustments to its implementation
- Provide reason based recommendations and changes to the plan
